Attempted break-in.

Either during Thursday 25th night or Friday 26th day time someone has tried to force and then to chisel the padlock on a side gate in Chishill Rd, Heydon, in full view of the road.  They didn’t succeed but clearly had intent.  Early last week in an afternoon a guy in his 40s had apparently come to the door asking for the owner, then got into a blue Passat size estate car containing 3 or 4 others, there were some loud voices, then they drove off. May be unrelated and entirely innocent but seems odd.

If anyone sees a blue Passat it could be worthing taking down the plate as it may be related to a previous incident.
