Frontline health and wellbeing website.

Elaine in Heydon has passed on details of this online resource which could be helpful.

You may find the health and wellbeing referral website Frontline helpful at the moment if you are having difficulties accessing food, finances or friendship during the lockdown.

As we are not in Uttlesford, some of the services will not apply to us (e.g. council and NHS) but we are very close by so others will be able to help.  You can self-refer (request a call back) to many services, such as befriending, caring and Citizens’ Advice.

Simply go to www.uttlesfordfrontline.org.uk and use the search function or browse the library.   Several useful factsheets are also available – search for ‘Factsheet’.

There are two factsheets for Covid-19 Advice:

· One  gives details of support for anyone who is self isolating or housebound as a result of illness, disability or age with lots of information about community support, grocery and prescription delivery services, takeaway restaurants, book and newspaper delivery and lots more local businesses offering delivery  which you can download and print off.

· The other covers financial advice in terms of both benefits and government assistance.

Both can be found by searching for  ‘covid’ and are updated regularly.  “
